We will be open and continue to provide care for our patients with a few changes in place to comply with current Health Guidelines.
⁃ Your practitioner will call you to confirm your appointment.
⁃ We understand some patients will want to reschedule for after the lock down.
Your practitioner can chat with you how to manage your injury and offer support over the phone to keep you on track while you are home.
⁃ For those of you that need treatment and support we will provide care to keep you all safe.
⁃ We ask that you wait in your car or outside the clinic and your practitioner will come and get you when they are ready to take you through.
⁃ Patient screening to confirm you have not been in a known hot spot or in contact with any current cases.
⁃ Check in via QR code.
⁃ Temperature taken.
⁃ Masks worn.
⁃ Utilise our wash room or sanitiser station.
⁃ Treatment tables will be moved to the gym.
⁃ Must adhere to the 4 m2 rule (minimise family at treatment session).
